governing RV parks.

We want Sissebagamah RV Resort on Bay Lake to be a relaxing enjoyable vacation for everyone. To accomplish
this we must have a few simple rules for everyone to follow. Also, we are regulated by county and state laws. They
are the basis of our rules, with other guidelines regulating control of facilities and appearance. Please be
considerate of others and follow these simple rules, so we can all enjoy our time “up at the lake”.
Guidelines everyone must follow at Sissebagamah RV Resort on Bay Lake:
Seasonal Rentals include only family members registered for the site, up to a maximum of four people. Anyone not
registered (or in addition to four people per site, any age) is considered a guest. Guests must be arranged for in
advance with management. Management reserves the right to limit guests. Guests must register immediately when
they enter the resort and pay fee; it is a Minnesota State Law. You may pay fees for your guests in advance. As
noted in the rules, guests are not encouraged, because too many people in the resort take away from the peaceful
setting.
Seasonal Rentals run from the first Saturday in May through September 30th. Seasonal reservations require one-
third down at time of reservation and the balance due on or before May 1st.
Free off-season storage of your RV at your site is included in seasonal rates if you reserve your site for the
following year. If you do not reserve your site for the following year, please have your RV removed before
September 30th.
(Please note below if you would like to be on a waiting list for another site, should one open up in the future.)

Please park boats, trailers, and extra cars in parking area. Only one car per site. Decks, small storage sheds,
and screen houses must be approved by management. Decks, storage sheds, and screen houses must conform to
county and state laws, they must be portable, they must be professional looking and neat in appearance, and they
must not obstruct anyone’s view.
*****Please be considerate of our septic system. No coffee grounds or garbage down the drains, and only toilet
paper down the toilet.*****
Paddle Boats, canoes, and kayaks are provided free for our guests to use, as long as they are treated with care
and respect. Please report to management and misuse of the equipment or damage. Life jacks are required!
Cancellation Policy: Deposit refundable less administrative fee, only if site is re-rented.
Selling you RV in the resort is only allowed if you get approval from resort owners. If you sell your RV, your site is
not necessarily guaranteed to go with the RV. If your RV is more than 15 years old the owners reserve the right to
require you to update to a newer unit when RV is sold. A commission will be charged for your RV being sold in the
resort.
General Resort Rules:
1) NO NOISE PLEASE
People come up to the lake for rest and relaxation. Noise, such as someone’s radio, TV, loud conversation, noisy
car, etc. takes away from the relaxing experience. Please limit any noise especially
between:
QUIET HOURS 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
During quiet hours we should hear nothing but the wind in the trees and the distant cry of the loons…
2) Guests Must Register
It’s a Minnesota State Law. We do not encourage guests, as too many people in the resort will take away from the
peaceful setting. If you plan on having guests make arrangements with us, before you make arrangements with
your guests. Guests must register upon arrival and pay a guest fee. Management may limit the number of guests.
3) No Clutter
Sight/site pollution also takes away from a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Please keep your site neat and free of
clutter. Also:
-Don’t throw cigarette butts or other garbage on the grounds.
-ONE CAR per site; boats, trailers, and extra cars should be parking in the parking area.
-Please help us keep a clean resort, pick up any trash you see, and report any damage or problems.
-No tents.
4) No Pets
Sorry, we like animals, but no pets allowed.

wonderful experience at Sissebagamah RV Resort on Bay Lake.
